What`s the best way of calcium intake: orally or parenterally ? Print E-mail

The goal is to daily give your body the necessary quantity of calcium. If the intake is made parenterally, in a bigger quantity, the organism has no time to undertake everything needed and send it to the bones, so a major part of it will be eliminated. If the calcium is administrated in smaller dozes, it will absorb slowly and continuously. By consequence, the blood calcium level will not be exaggeratedly high, so the kidney will not eliminate it, and it will be available to the bones.

The best of calcium intake is naturally, by diet, in small, repeated quantities plus Calcium and Vit. D supplements. The glass of milk or calcium tablet is recommended in the evenings.
